About

Golf NSW is the peak representative body for the sport in New South Wales.

Our role is to encourage participation, fellowship, fair play, and the well-being of our member clubs and districts.

Jack Newton Junior Golf (JNJG) activities include junior golf tournaments, camps and clinics for all levels of players with an emphasis on school programs to introduce young children to golf.

JNJG also assists clubs and regional areas in the development of their junior programs.  Programs for indigenous and disabled young people are also a priority.

Our Goal

To provide opportunities for school students to experience golf in a modified format during their normal school hours.

The Lunchtime Launch it program is open to anyone from Kinder to Year 12, Boys/Girls, All Abilities and more.

Lunchtime Launch it is all in the name, traditionally provided during school lunch breaks but don’t think this is all.

We in fact encourage schools to extend the opportunities to longer periods, during PDHPE sessions or take us into your classroom for the day

How we do it

Technology provides opportunities, and with opportunities, we bring golf to your school.

How do we do it?

  •  A high-quality hitting net to capture your golf balls
  • A best-in-sport quality turf matt to hit from, which provides a soft and responsive surface just like a golf tee!
  • The latest in ball tracking radar technology from Flightscope Mevo+ captures your golf ball and multiple data points for you and your teachers to analyse while watching all the information on your classroom smartboard or monitor
